The Mr. Brushable™ product and related designs are protected under U.S. Copyright Law and Trademark Law. Patent pending. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material or product design is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. 

The Sparks Group -   Mr. Brushable™ strongly respects copyright protections and will respond  promptly to any reports of copyright infringement on our website,  associated platforms, and any distributed content. We adhere to the  guidelines of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to address and rectify any reports of copyright infringement.

3. Statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
4. Contact information of the complainant, including email, mailing address, and phone number.
5. Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury that the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
