Color Match App Privacy Policy

Effective September 26, 2026

This policy explains how the Mr. Brushable® Color Match app (“the app”), offered by Mr. Brushable by Sparks, handles information. The app lets you take or choose a photo of a surface, identify its color, and order a Mr. Brushable applicator filled to match.

Photos and camera

The app uses your camera or photo library only when you choose to take or select a photo. Your photos are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to us or stored on our servers. The app reads the colors in the area you tap and nothing else.

Information we collect

The app does not require an account and does not collect your name, contact details, location, or contacts. We do not use advertising trackers in the app.

When you choose to order, the app opens our online store at mrbrushable.com and passes the selected product and color information (for example, the color name and color code) to your cart. Any information you enter at checkout, such as your name, shipping address and payment details, is handled by our store platform under our store privacy policy.

Information stored on your device

The app may store small settings on your device, such as whether you have dismissed the “add to home screen” tip, and may save app files so it can open without an internet connection. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser or app data.

Third-party services

The app may load web fonts from a font service, and orders are processed by our e-commerce platform and payment providers. These services receive only the technical information needed to deliver their service (such as your device's IP address) under their own privacy policies.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
