By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
You must be at least the age of majority in your state to place an order. You agree to give us accurate, current and complete information when you check out, and you're responsible for keeping your account login safe.
Mr. Brushable makes touch-up paint, stain, primer, repair kits and empty bottles with a built-in brush or roller. We do our best to show colors accurately, but colors on your screen may look different from the actual product. Always test touch-up paint in a small, hidden spot first.
Custom Color Match: color-matched paint is mixed to order based on the photo, paint code or sample you provide. Lighting, wall age, sheen and screen settings can affect a match, so results may vary slightly. See our Refund Policy for how custom orders are handled.
Safe use: follow the directions and warnings on each product label. Keep paint, stain and primer out of reach of children and pets, use with good ventilation, and keep caps closed when not in use.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email.
Purchases are for personal or household use. Please contact us before ordering for resale or in bulk.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Prices don't include shipping or applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify.
5. Shipping, Pickup, Returns and Refunds
Shipping and local pickup are covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier or picked up.
Everything on this site – including the Mr. Brushable name and logo, product designs, photos, videos, text and graphics – belongs to Mr. Brushable LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and patent laws. The Mr. Brushable built-in-brush bottle is patent pending. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content or designs without our written permission.
If you post a review, send us ideas or share photos, you give us permission to use, display and share them (for example, on our site or social media). Reviews must be honest, based on your own experience, and must not be offensive, false or misleading. We may remove reviews that break these rules.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mr. Brushable LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
You agree to hold harmless Mr. Brushable LLC from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products or site.
13. Relationship with Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify. Your purchase is made directly with Mr. Brushable LLC, and Shopify is not responsible for any part of your purchase from us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
