- Orders $35 and up: FREE shipping

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or holidays.
Free Local Pickup – Raleigh, NC
Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout to pick up your order for free. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. We'll email you when your order is ready – please bring your order number when you come.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
Damaged, Leaking or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, or your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number (and a photo if damaged). We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
